Move-out cleaning isn't regular cleaning done harder.
It's a different checklist, built around what actually shows up on inspection reports:
inside appliances, grout, baseboards, and the spots nobody cleans until they're moving.
What Landlords Check
Timing
Book after your furniture is out and before your walkthrough. An empty unit cleans faster and cleans better.
Tell us your walkthrough date and we'll work backward from it. End of month fills up fast.
Pricing
Quoted by size and condition. A well-maintained one-bedroom and a heavily lived-in three-bedroom are different jobs.
Send us the details and we'll give you a flat rate.
Quotes assume a space in normal maintained condition. If more work is needed than expected, we'll stop and get your approval first.
No surprise charges.
Locally Owned, Licensed & Insured
A locally owned Portland cleaning company. Same crew every visit — not a rotating franchise roster.
