The Dust Problem
Drywall and sanding dust settles on every surface, drifts into vents, coats the inside of cabinets, and lands again an hour after you wipe it.
It doesn't come out in one pass.
We work top-down, in stages, so dust knocked loose lands on surfaces we haven't cleaned yet — not on ones we have.
What's Not Included
We handle dust, residue, and final detail.
We don't haul construction debris, remove large materials, or dispose of hazardous waste -
that should be cleared by your contractor or a hauler before we arrive. If there's still scrap on site, tell us and we'll schedule for after it's out.

A finished-out office suite and a gut renovation are different jobs. We'll walk the site or work from photos and give you a flat rate.
Quotes assume debris has been cleared.
If the site needs significantly more work than the walkthrough showed, we'll stop and get your approval first. No surprise charges.
